Our Team
Cathleen Bradshaw, Partner
Cathleen previously worked at Bonus Building Care, a corporately owned commercial cleaning company in Memphis, TN. She worked in one of the company’s offices from 1997 until starting her own Master Franchise with Bonus Building Care, located in Knoxville, TN in 2008. The company serviced several accounts from veterinarian offices, dentist offices, restaurants to large corporate office buildings. Upon the successful sale of her business, Cathleen moved back to her hometown in the Tri-Cities area.
Cathleen graduate Cum Laude in 2017 with a BBS in Human Resources Management at East Tennessee State University.

Catherine Saylor, Partner
Catherine Saylor is a former United States Marine. She graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1997 from East Tennessee State University with her BBS in Accounting. She began working with the News Group in Johnson City, a magazine and book distributor, as the Distributor Payables Manager.
In 1999, she left the News Group and moved to Memphis, TN where she began working with Clark & Clark, a land development and property management company, as a staff accountant. Over a 19-year period, she was promoted several times and finished her career as Controller. She left Clark & Clark in June 2018 to come back to her home in Johnson City, TN where she began a new chapter in her career as a business owner. She endeavors to give back to the area by providing jobs for the people and quality workmanship to the other businesses.
Catherine received honors such as the Navy Achievement Medal and Dean’s List. She participated in continuing education classes such as Employment Law and Banking Options.
Her community involvement includes volunteering in Mid-South Food Bank (MIFA ) Operation Feed and Habitat for Humanity, as well as, spending her Saturday mornings volunteering as a bowling coach for the Saturday Youth League.
She brings experience, knowledge, and eagerness to excel in all that she does.

Christopher Jones, Operations Manager, OSHA 10 Certified
Christopher is a Johnson City native. Being a former chef, he brings over a decade of management experience to the Gemini team. Originally pursuing a career in culinary arts, he learned attention to detail, business management, and team building skills.
Christopher spends his free time with his family and giving back to the community by volunteering at local nonprofits.
He graduated in 2015 from Johnson & Wales University located in Charlotte, NC with an associate of applied science and Cum Laude honors.
