Restroom Sanitizing:                        

Includes sanitizing of all fixtures, and basic restroom cleaning.

Office Impact Cleaning:                  

All basic or customized janitorial service including cleaning that would be done monthly, are done at one time.

​

Since these services do not reoccur from month to month they are consider one time services.  A one time service agreement is used to describe the work to be done.  As well as, to authorize the service by the customer.             

 

*Note: Cleaning chemical is used in all services unless otherwise specified or changed at the request of the customer.
