Basic Janitorial:                               

Stocking paper towels, toilet tissue and soap supplied by customer, Trash removal to outside receptacle, Hi/Lo dusting, vacuuming, spot cleaning carpets (no larger than dime size), sweeping, moping, restroom cleaning, breakroom cleaning: includes cleaning the interior and exterior of microwaves and exterior of all other appliances, common area cleaning, entry way glass and partition glass cleaning.

 

Customized Janitorial:                  

Includes all basic service plus added services to fit each customer’s unique facility.  May include: cleaning cigarette urns, policing the parking lot, washing dishes, filling and empting dishwasher, cleaning interior of refrigerator.

 

These services can be performed as many days per week or month as requested by the customer.  All our reoccurring janitorial services are put on a monthly service contract.
